Henkel, marketer of brands such as Dial and Right Guard, has been included in the 2010 list of the “World’s Most Ethical Companies” for the third year in a row. It was the only German company to be included. Kao, the Japanese powerhouse behind a number of personal care brands, including John Frieda, Jergens and Bioré, secured a spot on the list for the fourth consecutive year; it was the only Japanese company named. The ranking prepared by the U.S. Ethisphere Institute recognizes companies from around the globe for their exemplary ethical approach to corporate governance and their commitment to sustainable development.
